What is Coaching?

Coaching is a dynamic forward planning process.  Coaching is a process that aims to improve performance and focuses on the ‘here and now’ rather than on the distant past or future. 

Coaching helps the client / coachee to understand where they currently are, clarify what they need to do / change to get to where they want to get to and then put in place accountability to ensure they out the changes in place.
