What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Technique or “tapping”is a self-help technique that involves tapping near the end points of “energy meridians” located around the body.
EFT works by lowering the cortisol levels and the body’s stress response.
People use EFT in order to reduce tension, promote a deeper mind-body connection, and manage symptoms of anxiety, depression or stress.
An EFT session should leave you feeling calmer, more relaxed and aware of the patterns, thoughts and beliefs that are keeping you stuck.
During a session we’ll progress through the tapping points working with a script which is based on the issues / challenges that you wish to work on.
